26 10 2024 The Reindeers for the Village Fayre in November are complete , we are now working through our orders and have also been making some wood turned items for the fayre. We have used some of the funding we received from The National Lottery Community Fund to purchase some new equipment that we are installing at the moment, our next purchase will be for our garden area which includes a new strimmer and jet wash again a Big Thank You to all the players of the National lottery. Manor Park was a lovely sight on one of the mornings full of mist first thing , along with the reindeers this week we have also made some more hog houses for a local resident and the shedders are working on some tlc of items we will donate and also projects for home . Big thanks to Andy Broadway Property Maintenance for the donation of composite decking we have already used some to make several planters for people . We have booked our Christmas dinner for The Shedders this week at the Harvester . We are able to use some of our funds from our wellbeing account again this year to take our shedders out for dinner thanks to the fantastic funding support we have received again this year to boost our wellbeing funds from The Sussex Community Foundation , The National Lottery Community Fund . Left. Howard Attwater or "H" as he was affectionately known was at our very first meeting and offered his double garage to be our first Shed. We were so grateful. H passed away in 2017 and the Shedders continue to support his partner, Julie.
