31 01 2025 We received a great picture this week from Nina Bhirangi Bishop showing the book nook now in place Thank You for the picture the site looks great well done to all those involved . The gate project request from a local resident to keep a pup in the garden is well underway and shedder Andy has been busy in the garden planting up new plants donated by Tinia and Ferring Nurseries and also moving around some others that we had panted to get established . Projects being worked on or finished this week include the bench ends we received as a donation now have new slats and a couple of coats of stain, we have made another three tier planter, a lamp base and some lovely cheese boards from an offcut of beech block worktop . Shedder Jock having received lessons on the lathe finished his first bowl this week and it is a great looking bowl with an oak burr centre insert . As it is almost February already we are working on new items for later in the year, there is a Reindeer standing proud on one of our benches and this year it is a flat pack version . Still to be tweaked so it is only mark 1 we sometimes get to mark 7 before we decide it is all good to make and then sometimes tweak it again but being a reindeer we have a bit of time to get it right. We could let you all know how many sleeps there is until reindeer season again but will wait until next week maybe . Have a great weekend .

Left. Howard Attwater or "H" as he was affectionately known was at our very first meeting and offered his double garage to be our first Shed. We were so grateful. H passed away in 2017 and the Shedders continue to support his partner, Julie.
