  • The Allen Lane Foundation £2000: Fitting out costs of Second Shed

  • The National Lottery Community Fund £ 7251 to be spent as follows: Tooling for second shed £5341. Materials for benches etc etc £1910.
  • Lancing and Sompting Lions Club £500 "ring fenced" amount to purchase wood and materials for Lancing and Sompting community projects, free loan of mini bus

  • Mrs D Stringer £403 bequest to Men in Sheds Lancing and Sompting from the Estate of Sompting resident Mr Eddie Stringer

  • Adur and Worthing Councils, Shelving, filing cabinets, chairs and office items from the closed Adur Civic Centre, Covid and business rates relief

  • Sussex Community Foundation £3325.56 to be spent on items for our second Shed

  • Lancing Parish Council, £50.00 from the Chairpersons personal gift allowance to local organisations. £500. Repair/buy new front and rear doors including security grill excess to be used for materials. 10 09 22 A big thank you to Lancing Parish Council for their grant of £1000 
  • Sussex Police, £300 from the Proceeds of crime fund  

  • Paula Rosa/Manhattan, Lancing , kitchen cabinets and cupboards 

  • The Perch, Lancing beach, wood of various sizes  

  • Asda, Lancing and nationally. £300.00 from the Asda/Royal Voluntary Service  "Sheds, Asda Foundation" fund 

  • Gardner & Scardifield, Lancing, electrical fittings and tubes 

  • ​WSCC Council via their Men's Shed community programme - £600 for roofing insulation, laptop computer and printer

  • Southern Water, £1,000 towards our second Shed via their Community Grants Scheme

  • Recycling in Lancing £500.00 towards our running costs
